Transient cookies, explained in b)
Persistent cookies, explained in c)
Third-party cookies, explained in d)
b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. (1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if interested. In order to use these services, you will generally need to provide additional personal data, which we use to provide the respective service and for which the aforementioned principles of data processing apply.
(2) We may also use external service providers to process your data. These service providers have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions, and are regularly monitored.
(3) We may also share your personal data with third parties when actions, contests, contract conclusions, or similar services are offered by us in cooperation with partners. You will receive further information about this when providing your personal data or in the description of the offer below.
(4) If our service providers or partners are located in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you about the consequences of this situation in the description of the offer.
§ 5 Objection or Withdrawal Against the Processing of Your Data
(1) If you have given consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this consent at any time. Such a withdrawal affects the legality of the processing of your personal data after you have expressed your objection to us.
(2) If we base the processing of your personal data on legitimate interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, as indicated in the description of the functions below. If you exercise such an objection, we ask you to state the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the case of a justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust the data processing or demonstrate our compelling legitimate reasons for continuing the processing.

§ 6 Use of Our Webshop
(1) If you wish to place an order in our webshop, it is necessary to provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information required for the completion of the contract is clearly marked, and additional details are optional. We process the data you provide to complete your order. For this purpose, we may share your payment details with our service providers for shipping or payment processing. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
When paying via PayPal, direct debit, credit card, invoice purchase, or installment payment (Powered by PayPal), we pass your payment details to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, for payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to perform a credit check for the mentioned payment methods. For this purpose, PayPal may share your payment data with credit agencies in accordance with Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR based on PayPal's legitimate interest in assessing your creditworthiness. The results of the credit check regarding the statistical likelihood of payment default are used by PayPal to decide whether to offer the respective payment method. The credit report may include probability values (so-called score values). If score values are used in the credit report, they are based on scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedures. The calculation of score values may include, among other things, address data. Further data protection information, including details about the credit agencies used, can be found in PayPal’s privacy policy:
https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual payment processing.
(2) We may also process the data you provide to inform you about other interesting products in our portfolio or to send you technical emails.
(3) Due to commercial and tax regulations, we are obligated to store your address, payment, and order data for a period of ten years.
(4) To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the ordering process is encrypted.
§ 7 Newsletter
(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, through which we inform you about our latest offers.
(2) For subscribing to our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in method. This means that after you register, we send you an email to the provided email address, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. Additionally, we store the IP addresses used and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to provide evidence of your registration and to potentially resolve any misuse of your personal data.
(3) The mandatory information for sending the newsletter is solely your email address. Providing additional data, clearly marked as optional, is voluntary and helps us address you personally. After your confirmation, we store your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.
(4) You can withdraw your consent to receiving the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe. You can revoke your consent by clicking the link provided in every newsletter email or by sending a message to the contact details in the imprint.
(5) Please note that we analyze your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this analysis, the emails we send include web beacons or tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. For the analysis, we combine the data mentioned in § 3 and the web beacons with your email address and an individual ID. The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form, meaning that the IDs are not linked to your other personal data, and direct personal identification is excluded. You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking the dedicated link provided in each email or by informing us via another contact method. The information is stored as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we store the data purely for statistical and anonymous purposes.
§ 8 Web Analytics - Use of Google Analytics
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide other services related to website and internet use to the website operator.
(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
(3) You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; however, we point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all features of this website fully. Additionally, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension. This truncates IP addresses before processing them, so that the data cannot be linked to a specific person.
(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website and to improve it regularly. Based on the statistics obtained, we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. In exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield,
https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
(6) Information from third-party provider: Google Analytics
