Cancellation Policy

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

IMPORTANT PRELIMINARY NOTICE

Reduced items (sale merchandise) are generally excluded from exchange and return.
There is no right of withdrawal for reduced merchandise.

By completing the order, the customer expressly agrees to this provision.

Right of Withdrawal

(for non-reduced merchandise only)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, provided that the goods are not reduced merchandise (sale merchandise).

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

There is no right of withdrawal for reduced merchandise.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

(for non-reduced merchandise only)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of the shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of the Goods

The goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days at the latest after declaring the withdrawal, to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs – Clear Provision

  • The customer generally bears the costs of return shipping.
  • This applies regardless of the delivery country, including Germany.
  • We do not assume the return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs – Clear Provision

  • We cover the shipping costs only for orders with a merchandise value of €150 or more (standard shipping).
  • For orders below €150, the customer bears the shipping costs in full.
  • Additional shipping methods (e.g. express or special delivery) are not covered.

Loss of Value

The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Withdrawal in the Case of Partial or Installment Payment

For purchases made through external payment service providers (e.g. Klarna, PayPal, Shopify Payments), the withdrawal and reversal conditions of the respective payment service provider apply in addition.
In the event of a withdrawal, the transaction is reversed in accordance with the respective contractual terms.
