Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Campione items. However, if something doesn't quite fit, we're happy to help you with an exchange or offer you a credit note.

How to initiate a return or exchange:

Authorization:

• An exchange is only possible if the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• If you do not wish to exchange the item, we will refund the purchase price.
• Products that were demonstrably purchased for testing purposes are excluded from the right of return.

Timeframe:

• You have 14 days from receipt of your package to initiate the return or exchange.

Return process:

1. Step: Send us an email to contact@dgnfashion.de with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
2. Step: We will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for return or exchange.
3. Step: Once approved, we will send you the return address and further instructions.

Shipping costs:

• You, as the customer, are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
