We would like to inform you that reduced items (sale items) are excluded from exchange and return according to our cancellation policy.

For non-reduced items, there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Please also note that return shipping costs are generally to be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs are only covered for orders with a merchandise value of €150 or more. (Valid for Germany. Shipping costs for countries other than Germany vary.)
