Cancellation policy
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email, letter or fax).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option).
The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
