Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

IMPORTANT NOTICE IN ADVANCE

Reduced items (sale items) are generally excluded from exchange and return.
There is no right of withdrawal for discounted goods.

By completing the order, the customer expressly agrees to this regulation.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, unless it concerns discounted goods (sale goods) .

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen days.

There is no right of withdrawal for discounted goods.

 Exercising the right of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

( only for non-reduced items )

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs , without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Return shipping costs – clear regulations

• The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs.
• This applies regardless of the country of delivery, including Germany.
• We do not cover return shipping costs.

Shipping costs – clear regulations

• We only cover shipping costs for orders with a merchandise value of €150 or more (standard shipping).
• For orders under €150, the customer bears all shipping costs.
• Additional shipping methods (e.g., express or special shipping) are not covered.

Depreciation

The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Cancellation in case of partial or installment payment

For purchases via external payment service providers (e.g. Klarna, PayPal, Shopify Payments), the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective payment service provider also apply.
In the event of a cancellation, the refund will be processed in accordance with the respective contract terms.
