SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

All prices listed on the DGN FASHION GmbH website are displayed in Euros (€) and include German VAT (Value Added Tax).

Shipping Information

For orders within Germany:

Free shipping for orders over €150.00.
A flat rate of €4.95 applies to orders under €150.00.

For orders from the following EU countries:

Free shipping for orders over €350.00.
A flat rate of €15.00 applies to orders under €350.00.

Eligible countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, France, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.

Return Policy

All products purchased in the CAMPIONE online shop can be returned free of charge within 14 days.
For returns from other EU countries, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that packages sent via courier services cannot be accepted.

Voucher Policy

Loyal customers can redeem vouchers for orders with a minimum value of €90.00, taking returns into account.
Only one voucher per order can be used.

All payments made via PayPal methods — including direct debit, credit card, Pay Later, installment payments, or PayPal balance — are processed by

Ratepay (Purchase on Account)

When selecting purchase on account, payments are processed by
Ratepay GmbH, Franklinstraße 28-29, 10587 Berlin.
Ratepay GmbH becomes the creditor for outstanding payments, and all payments must be made directly to Ratepay.

The applicable Ratepay payment terms and Ratepay privacy policy also apply.

Ratepay performs identity and credit checks based on the information provided during the order process.
If the credit check is insufficient, DGN FASHION GmbH reserves the right to terminate existing contracts in whole or in part if the customer fails to pay despite reminders.

CAMPIONE also reserves the right to demand immediate payment for delivered goods or advance payment for undelivered goods.

Payment Process

If you choose PayPal, credit card, or direct debit during checkout, payment will be processed immediately after placing your order.

For purchases on account, please make your payment directly to Ratepay.
Payment details will be sent to you in a separate email from Ratepay.

CAMPIONE has assigned its claim against you to Ratepay, so payments can only be made to Ratepay GmbH.
