Product Return Conditions If a product purchased through our website is defective, you must contact us via the online support section on our website within 7 days of the delivery date. The defective product must then be returned to us using the shipping company, and it will be replaced with a new one. If the product defect is due to improper use by the customer or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
