Warranty Conditions Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To ensure compliance with the warranty conditions, you must inspect the product upon delivery. If you find any damage, do not accept the delivery and have a damage report drawn up. Modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of the product's original design will void the warranty. Product Return Conditions If a product purchased through our website is defective, you must contact us via the online support section on our website within 7 days of the delivery date. The defective product must then be returned to us using the shipping company, and it will be replaced with a new one. If the product defect is due to improper use by the customer or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The return and exchange conditions for products are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act No. 4077.
