Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as set out below.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Reduced items (sale goods) are generally excluded from exchange and return.
There is no right of withdrawal for reduced goods.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons, unless it concerns reduced goods (sale goods).

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days.

Reduced items (sale goods) are generally excluded from exchange and return.

There is no right of withdrawal for reduced goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

(only for non-reduced goods)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal has reached us.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return shipping costs – clear regulation

• The customer generally bears the costs of return shipping.
• This applies regardless of the country of delivery, including Germany.
• We do not cover return shipping costs.

Shipping costs – clear regulation

• We cover shipping costs only for orders with a merchandise value of 150 € or more (standard shipping).
• For orders under 150 €, the customer bears the shipping costs entirely.
• Additional shipping methods (e.g., express or special shipping) are not covered.

Loss of value

The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Withdrawal for partial or installment payment

For purchases via external payment service providers (e.g., Klarna, PayPal, Shopify Payments), the withdrawal and reverse transaction conditions of the respective payment service provider apply additionally.
In the event of a withdrawal, the reverse transaction will be carried out according to the respective contract terms.
