Scope
For the business relations between DGN FASHION GmbH, Moding 11, 22457 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "DGN FASHION GmbH") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"), the following general terms and conditions apply, as they existed at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
Website
The DGN FASHION GmbH website serves as a sales brochure. By displaying the products, DGN FASHION GmbH invites the Customer to place an order. The subsequent order confirmation does not yet constitute a purchase contract.
The purchase contract is only concluded when the goods are dispatched, which indicates DGN FASHION GmbH's acceptance of the offer. DGN FASHION GmbH reserves the right to refuse the offer, especially if the product is unavailable or if the Customer has unjustifiably failed to pay for previous deliveries.
Products are only sold in normal commercial quantities.
Prices and Payment Methods
All prices on the DGN FASHION GmbH website are listed in euros and include German VAT.
For orders within Germany, shipping is free for orders valued at €200.00 or more. Orders under €200.00 will incur a flat shipping fee of 5.
For orders from the following EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €250.00. Orders under €250.00 will incur a flat fee of €10.00: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, France, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
All products purchased from the DGN FASHION GmbH e-shop can be returned within 14 days from Germany. For returns from other EU countries, the Customer bears the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, courier deliveries cannot be accepted.

For regular customers, vouchers can be used with a minimum purchase value of €90.00, with returns taken into account. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and only one voucher can be used per order.
Payment Methods Available

A credit check may be conducted during the ordering process when there is a legitimate interest. Based on the results, DGN FASHION GmbH reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods.
For payments made via PayPal, the transaction will be processed through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, SCA, in accordance with their terms of use available at PayPal User Agreement. For payments processed by Ratepay (purchase on account), the payment is managed by Ratepay GmbH under the terms available at Ratepay Terms.
If PayPal, credit card, or direct debit was selected as the payment method, payment will be made immediately after your order. If the invoice payment method is selected, payments should be made directly to Ratepay.
Reservation of Title
The goods remain the property of DGN FASHION GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Delivery
Fulfillment takes place within 3-4 business days, subject to availability. No contract will be concluded for goods that are unavailable. All information regarding product availability, shipping, and delivery is an estimate and not binding unless otherwise agreed upon. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Customer.
Warranty
The warranty for defects in purchased goods is based on legal regulations.
Liability
DGN FASHION GmbH has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, DGN FASHION GmbH is liable only for damages to life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations is limited to foreseeable damages.
The aforementioned limitations of liability also benefit DGN FASHION GmbH's legal representatives and agents.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
If DGN FASHION GmbH provides links to other sites, it is neither responsible for nor liable for their content.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party on your behalf (other than the carrier), received the goods.

You may use the provided cancellation form, although it is not mandatory.
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard one offered by us), within fourteen days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. This platform is accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. DGN FASHION GmbH is generally not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Copyright
The website is owned and operated by DGN FASHION GmbH. All materials on the website, including texts, images, and graphics, are subject to copyright laws and other laws protecting intellectual property. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.
Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to all contracts between DGN FASHION GmbH and the Customer, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Hamburg.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
