Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right of withdrawal as outlined below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activities.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the carrier), receive the goods.

You can notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). While using the attached sample cancellation form [linked as a PDF] is optional, it is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

You must send the goods back within fourteen days from the date you notify us of your cancellation. This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods for orders shipped within Germany. For orders from other countries, the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Consequences of Cancellation for Installment Transactions
If you have already entered into an installment transaction, it must be canceled within thirty days of the withdrawal. Interest will be applied at the agreed-upon rate for the period between the signing of the contract and the declaration of termination.
The interest rate is €0.25 per day for the installment transaction. If the installment transaction was only partially completed, the interest amount will be adjusted accordingly.
