Warranty Terms Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered under the warranty of the manufacturer. To ensure the validity of the warranty conditions, you must inspect the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report. Any modifications made to the product, deformation, or alterations to its original design will void the warranty. Product Return Conditions If a product purchased from our website is found to be defective, you must contact us via the online support section on our website within 7 days of the delivery date. Following this, the defective product should be sent to us via the shipping company, and it will be replaced with a new one. If the defect in the product is due to customer usage or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. Product return and exchange conditions are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
