RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
We want you to love your Campione items, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist with exchanges or store credit.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:
1. Eligibility:
○ Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
○ If you don’t wish to exchange the item, we will issue store credit, which can be used for any item in our online store.
2. Timeline:
○ You have 14 days from the date of receiving your package to initiate the return or exchange.
3. Return Process:
○ Step 1: Email us at contact@dgnfashion.de with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
○ Step 2: We will review your request and confirm if the item is eligible for return or exchange.
○ Step 3: If approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
4. Shipping Costs:
○ Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Store Credit:
○ If you choose not to exchange, store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the item. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used for any item in our online store.
