Warranty conditions

If you find any damage, do not accept the delivery and have a damage report drawn up. Modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of the product's original design will void the warranty. Product Return Conditions If a product purchased through our website is defective, you must contact us via the online support section on our website within 7 days of the delivery date. The defective product must then be returned to us using the shipping company, and it will be replaced with a new one. If the product defect is due to improper use by the customer or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
